talk to your doctor because they should be able to get you something asaying that aren't allowed to lift things. Employers aren't allowed to fire you for being pregnant so I would suggest you talk to your boss and try and work something out where you don't have to lift or look for another job.

Yes it could. I would check with your doctor. At some point you will have to either go on maternity leave or light duty. Usually you will be told by your doctor not to lift anything heavier than a milk jug. Exercise is good during pregnancy, but heavy lifting can be hazardous.
Anytime you have a question like this just call your doctor's office , if the nurses can't answer the question, they can relay a message to the doc or set up an appointment for you. That's what they are their for.

maximum losses take place in the 1st trimester. Lifting and shifting are a no no. tell your enterprise enterprise. How long have you ever worked for the corporation? If extra desirable than a million year, you're able to desire to have complete rights. they are in a position to not sack you (uk). Failing that, temp. yet you stand a sturdy danger of miscariage in case you proceed lifting and shifting. P.S. Congrats.

Take it easy. It can actually cause a miscarriage. Let your boss know and maybe he can give you a different position while you are pregnant. Make sure anything that has to be lifted you do so properly and take care not to use your stomach muscles too much.

Talk to your midwife, you should not be lifting heavy objects during pregnancy. Tell your boss that you are pregnant and need to stop this part of your job, they should make alternative arrangements for you, if they dont then they are breaking the law.

Talk it over with your doctor and be very careful. Learn to lift with your legs and not your back and that should help you out a lot.

For the most part, if it is something you've been used to doing prior to pregnancy, it shouldn't matter. However, everyone is different and as an individual you should discuss it with your doctor.

you can't lift over thirty pound while pregnant it can cause you to miss carry. you don't have to quit just do lighter duty for now. they can't fire you for being pregnant they will just have to work you around your new baby. good luck. and congrats.
