Looks to me like you need to do a bit of your own research.

Google articles on Microsoft and UK, and read up on the challenges they're facing in the marketplace.

After you nail down 3 major challenges/issues, find out who the rivals/competitors are in the area, and that's how you figure out what to focus on to ensure they retain their position.
