Travel lodge, holiday inn, holiday express, all cheap and nice and clean

No hotels in the centre of Manchester offer rooms at that price. The cheapest I know of is the two star Mitre Hotel (opposite Manchester Cathedral) charging around 65 pounds per night in march.
