The file which is toonjoke.dll is useful or harmful,I was told by hijackthis's analyse that is a harmful file,but it cann't delete any way include manual.

99% probably harmful - use a mainstream antivirus program to remove it like norton

if you have macafee just do a virus scan if its bad itll quarantine it
