well media sometimes seems running this country,,

there was a time when many issues were hide by politicians from public as media was not so approachable as these days,,
but now a days our leaders have to answer the questions, they r more fearful from media instead of our constitution n society..
sometimes an issue is dropped even at supreme court like Jassica's case, but with awareness of media she got justise.

Newspapers sometimes reflect and sometimes lead public opinion, the reason is a high compitition among newspapers n media channels,, sometimes they seems to be highlighting an issue which don't deserve as much attention as others,,
but yes at other times they put up an issue which is followed by a crowd of public.

The media do tend to lead the public - they only really broadcast bad news. For example, if a young lad broke into someone's home, that'd be front page news, but if a young lad noticed his neighbour's front door was open when they'd gone out and he stayed around until they got back so nobody would break in, nothing would be said. It's not something we can really change, because people need news, it's just that the format could be so much better.

anyone who listens to the media are the stupidest people in the world. the media is wrong more often than not. the media creates closed-minded people. they don't reflect any public opinion...its only what they want people to believe. i refuse to read newspapers, or watch the news.

You always think they so reflect the truth, until you hear both sides of the story. I saw a photographer stepping over police line to get a closer shot of a dead child. They are all scum

the media is there to make money, and the only way they can do that is by sellin great stories, made or even if they are true the'd bend the truth, no one likes to read borin stories about a man and their dog, they'd then turn it into the man is sleepin with his dog, then you'd read it!
