i am a poet and want to publish a book but how do i go about ? help?

i have a passion for writing and some of my poems are already made their presence on newspapers , i wish to publish a poetry book in hindi and english but i dont know how to go about ,, their cost , publisher , marketing , promotion etc plz help

From him to any publisher
You can also contact Press directly; ask for printing price, take bank loan i.e. do as a business
OR ask help from a rich friend
Constrain is money--solve it accordingly
Marketing is simple, take help of agencies. in short it is a commercial activity.

Since you already have the talent and has been into writing,i suggest you look into your local laws,custom and policies guiding the publication of books.No doubt you'll scale through.Then make monetary estimates of your dream book/s.

Answer these questions;can i foot the bill? who is my target audience/how can i meet their expectation?Do i need a sponsor?who are they/are they ready to do it for me?.If all anwers are in the affairmative,proceed to produce the hard coppy of the work proof-read it and also give a higher person to do same.Then head to your desired producer to discuss terms of production.

Marketing of books also depend on so many variables-the quality,appeal to people,demand etc.The publisher may market it if you so agree.You can also engage other books marketing companies or decide to do it yourselve.Good luck.
