I am trying to conceive.. yesterday I miss my menses... I have been having terrible pain in my tummy, by breast is tender from last week up until last night.... could I be pregnant..

They make tests now that can detect pregnancy earlier than they did before. I took mine two days after my first missed period and got an accurate (positive) result. I was only 2 weeks pregnant.

Yes, you could be pregnant. have you taken a test to see what it says? Sometimes you have to wait until 5 days after your missed period. but you can get the ept that tells you 5 days sooner and them seem to work really well.. Good Luck

Yes, if you are late at all you can test. Early Response is the brand I like best. EPT is good, too. With early response you can test 5 days before your period is due, but you have to track your periods and know when to expect it then test 5 days before then. Best of luck to you.

With most home pregnancy tests, you can find out a week before your missed period. Take a test now and you'll find out within five minutes.

you might want to take it, but you can take it on the 5th day up til the 7th to know your results.
