you can cremove it without any antivirus. just follow instructions:
Golden Eye 2.2 Removal Instructions
Kill the following processes
gesetup.exe, goldeneye.exe, rs.exe
Unregister the following DLLs and reboot
gehp.dll, keybhookpro.dll.
jpg.dll, kbhook.dll, oleaut32.dll in Program Files\golden eye\
Remove the following files
gehp.dll, gesetup.exe, keybhookpro.dll, rs.exe, tmp.tmp, unins000.dat.

norton is to slow so the best free antivirus is AVG Antivirus 7 Free Edition you can go to www.techsupportalert.com to find out about the the best of all the free stuff and if you want to pay ill say trend micro good luck
