A friend is a "true friend", if he/she is there with you in your good times and most importantly, in your bad times.

A true friend is someone who is there when you need them. Someone who will literally drop everything they are doing to help you in an emergency. It's hard to tell sometimes, but give it time and you'll see who your true friends are.

you can identify a true friend by...
talking to him when you are troubled with something.like when you did something wrong and it feels right to you then you ask for your friends help...if he told you that the thing that you are doing is right and adviced you to continue..then! his not a real friend!
a friend i someone who tells who the things that you dont like to hear when you make a mistake! his like your conscience.

when u make friendship with some one like unknown or strange person. u should come to about everything about him/her. actually u should try to spend a quality time with each ohter & offcourse talk very frankly about relatioship
