How long does it take? Can you return it if it doesn't fit? Im wanting a dress, its not in the local shop, however, its advertised and is available online. I have a visa electron and they don't take those. Plus i dont like ordering off the net. Any information would be grateful! thanks!

Yes m&S are normally quite helpful. Go into your nearest store - They can order anything thats a current style in and in the size you want. They take your details and phone you when its in.
If it doesnt fit you dont have to have it - they just send it back or put it in store to sell.
It should be easy and the things normally come in about a week.

Yes you can order in the store - i have a feeling that M&S dont make you pay up fromnt for goods so you could try it on when it arrives at your local store and then not have it if its wrong.

Yes you can at their special ordering desks. Usually takes about a week and if it doesn't fit you don't have to buy it.
