I met Joe Polish (http://www.joepolish.com/) several years ago. He's taken "carpet cleaning marketing" to whole new levels of success. Not that he'll help you with a name, you'll eventually come up with that, he will (just cruise his site) give you ideas on what to offer.
In putting together your "Customer Promise," just know that you'll want them to know what that is AS THEY HEAR your company name. It's something between what you hear when you call your best friend, and what you hear when you call a major hotel chain...
