Hi Melanie!
I think the show you mean was called "The Elephant Show".
It ran on Nickelodeon and featured 3 songsters named Sharon, Lois & Bram, along with a guy clowning around in a elephant costume. My then 3 year old LOVED it, and the song is sweet!
