I don´t put much faith in those weight loss pills. They do make you lose your weight, that is true, but much of that loss is extra water in you body. The far more better way to lose weight and have it to stay that way is to change your eating and excercise habbits to be more healthier. That way you learn the better life habbits and are much more able to keep your weight in conrol. The pill may make you lose your weight, but that is only temporary and because you yourself don´t actually do anything you haven´t learnt anything either.

I agree with the first answer but I am overweight--230 lbs and have been using a product that is all natural called ThermAway from Tabak's health products. I dont know if they have a web site. The pills work by turning your fat into thermal energy--hehehe gas!! It's not the stinky kind! I have lost 28 lbs in 6 weeks with little exercise(chasing kids and puppies) and only minimal dieting. I eat everything I want on mondays and then eat sensibly the rest of the week and I diet daily so if I cheat it was only for a day. This takes awy the stress of dieting for me. I hope this helps.

Sure they work. But weight loss is about life-style change and commitment. You can buy amino acids, such as phenylalanine, arginine or ornithine, from any health food store the increase body metabolism and burn body fat but nothing beats facing reality and making the right choices. It's difficult to do but if you can do a certain thing for three weeks it becomes a habit. That's when you reap the rewards and move on to other issues.
