Development relates to different things - to countries, to people, to organizations. You will have to be more specific. When we speak of development though we usually mean that things become better.

if u want ur development, then the answer is what the other people have given u but the actual definition of develpoment is " All the changes that take place from the start meaning from childhood to adulthood" or u can say that "all cahnges that occur from the zygote to maturity"
