Game mfgr way of making sure you have the disk (i.e. purchased it) they put something in the game to check for the original disk. There are ways of getting around this, but I am not into games.

Do you have emulated drive by the likes of Alcohol? Disable it, I couldn't run C&C Generals Z until I realized that is on and the game is looking for disc there.

well does the dvd say disk 1 or does it mean you have to keep the disk in while playing it

Are you sure that you are using original (not copied or pirated) DVD?
