Jack Bauer would win.. That boy can hunt a terrorist down 800 miles away. Jack would figure out by the 4th hour that Superman can lose with kryptonite. by the 18th hour.. Jack would figure out where to locate the kryptonite.. and BAM.. by the 23rd hour.. Superman would be defeated.

Superman would have a hard time tracking down Jack. If those terrorists can't get to Jack with all those gadgets and gizmos they have.. there is no way Superman can... even with his xray vision..
