through sign language. even if your not that smart you can learn sign language its fun and easy i know it because at my church there is a boy and hes deaf so alot of us know it its fun to even do sign language to people who are not
deaf!!!

Yes, it's sign language you're thinking of. And just so you know, the term "deaf and dumb" isn't used anymore. People may get very offended by that. If you are mainly talking about people who can't hear...they are deaf and that doesn't imply that they are "dumb" so be more careful about how you say things. Aside from that, if you want to learn sign language, the best way is to take a class at a community college or something like that in your community. The best way to learn sign language (like any language) is to have live exposure to it. Type in a search for sign language on the internet and you're sure to find references.
