I would say above 24 too, but not just because of age. She should have a level of education that included a bachelors and a masters, and should have a solid understanding of the subjects she's teaching.

I would say she has to be atleast 24, any younger wouldn't be right, not many girls younger are maternal or warm up to young kids. So i definitely think 24 and up. More experience on life as well at that age. You can only teach young kids good values and morals when you have them yourself and that's exactly what primary school kids would need to learn. Thanks
