I'm wandering if i should run my garden beds north and south or east and west.

Plants that call for full sun require at least 6 hours of sun a day.

6. I don't think that's the proper question though. It doesn't matter which way the garden runs. It's which plants you plant where. No matter which way, the shortest growers go first in the path of the sun, and the tallest go at the end of the sun's path. That way, nothing is really shaded by its neighbor. My garden runs east to west, and the radishes and lettuce go first, and the tomatoes go last.
