Yeh - it hurts. A bone is a bone they all can break depending on how you fall on them.

Breaking an elbow is as easy as breaking anything else; healing a broken elbow will be the hard part. That is a joint, the place where 2 bones come together. Even when you are "healed" it will likely hurt at certain times. Because the fluid that protects the bones from rubbing will be missing/ deficient and your bones will rub; that's not good. Rubbing bones is one cause of arthritis.

Here's to your health.

When I was 15 I tripped going through a hedge in a parking lot and landed on both elbows and my chin. I broke the left elbow and almost broke the right elbow.

Breaking a bone is not as hard as one might think, and one's elbow is just a place where one's bones come together.

You can break your elbow thru direct injury or falling on your outstretched or flexed upper extremity. The arm is the area above your elbow. Below the elbow, it is the forearm.
