Skinny is definitely in style right now- but it doesn't suit everyone. If you have full hips, then skinny isn't for you. Flared jeans give legs a more tapered, leaner look.
Personally, I like them both. I think skinny jeans are generally more sophisticated and stylish though.

Both are great! Obviously skinny is the trend at the moment but wide leg high waisted trousers are coming in so look out for that look in stores!!
I think skinnys are great for wearing with flat dolly shoes and slip on pumps....they are also totally fab tucked into boots. I love that look.
Flared jeans go better if you are wearing other styles of footwear as they hang over it nicely and make your leg look very long if worn with a pair of heels.

Well i like both, however it depends on ur shape. Anyone considered hippy or larger than a size 8(uk). should not be seen in skinny as it draws attension to the hip. And that type of person should wear flared as it narrows down ur sillouhette

Flare except for i don't like to mush falre just a little bit i cannot stand having jeans that are like way skin tight and they don't have anywere for you legs to breathe oh and i hate when guys wear skinny leg too

Personally i hate a tapered jean because i want to keep pushing them down with my foot....i used to wear them all the time when it was an in thing, i love flare legs it feels more roomy and comfortable.

Flare, i have always hated skinny because my legs are already small and they make them look like toothpicks!!!

I like the skinny ones if i am going tuck them into boots. they look so much better. but i would rather have flare with sneakers...so i like both!
