I can't stand it, and my husband says it's bad but 'OK' what is your view?

I am not a fan of it at all. I only play it because i like the series. They need to go back to the older fighting systems for FFXIII

I've been along time fan of the series and actually somewhat prefer the new fighting system because it takes more strategy when fighting some of the harder optional bosses and hunts when you have to cast spells and control all three characters at once.

the battle system in FF12 is very realistic. it surpasses the random encounters in the previous final fantasy titles

its not my favorite but can be useful when you only have one character alive and you can got to the other side of the map and not get hit
i would definately perfer the standstill turn based system like in FFX

I love it because no more random battles if you don't want to fight you can just run. if you want to fight you can choose what and who to fight. i think it is a big improvement from the other FF
