Well I wasn't on the contraceptive injection but was taking the contraceptive pill.

I came off it about a month before I got married last year & it has taken me 9 months to concieve.

I am now 8 weeks & 5 days pregnant with my first child :-)

It does take a while to come out of your system & anything up to a year is very very normal.

If it starts to worry u, make an appointment to see your doctor.

I wish u all the luck in the World!!! :-)

after my 2nd child I was on the once a month injection for a year, I didnt get pregnant for 2 years, but we were not trying to get pregnant. Just track your ovulation and it will probaly happen soon

it can take up to a year for a women to fall pregnant who isn't on the pill or injection so dont worry its early days yet. i would imagine it could take 3-4 months to totally clear from your body, buy some ovulation tests to make sure you are now ovulating, this way you'll know the best time to conceive. good luck xxx

It takes a while I think. I was on the pill for years and it took me 8 months to concieve. It will happen, it's rare to get pregnant right away, even if you hadn't been on birth control. GOOD LUCK

To make this happen you will need a partner, then let nature take its course..................
