since you are 100% sure that you are not pregnant the list of other reasons include;
stress - big one.... might not even know you are stressed...but, the body seems to... lol.. and then stressing over not getting your period? oh boy... that makes it not come too!
-- things we might stress over without knowing we are stressing would be anything day to day.... teens; boys, crushes, homework, tests/quizzes, parents, friends, work, the "future" it is stressful!
-- adults; bills, overdue ones more so, relationship, kids, pets, illness, work, coworkers, interpersonal relations, social life, car-when not running right,
and again: if we get upset and worrying and fret over all those others and then our monthly is late, we get upset about that, triggers our bodies to not get our monthly... why? lol.. that should be a question up here... probably was and is huh...
weight gain/weight loss - any amount supposedly... for me, I found that when I have had a baby and am that 170 range and lose even five pounds, it seems to affect it.. and the larger the number the worse.... I did not get mine for three months at one point when I gained forty... for whatever reason, at higher weights we do not always stay regular?
---was up on webmd.com and looked up reasons, it listed two that fall under weight loss/gain but I had forgotten to type anything on I see.... weight loss, extremes is what I had always been told; but again.. every one of us are different dieting and lossing a lot can do it.... the website lists (I doubt it applies... but in case?) two serious ones for this section... anorexia, and underweight..... I pray it is neither; if however it is? please talk to a dr.
one other listed on webmd.com do not know anything at all about this? again I want to stress that the more serious of anything is also the most unlikely..... and you would probably already know if you had this next one: hypopituitarism with it's list of symptoms, you would know if you had anything like it
birth control - only one I know that stops a monthly cycle is depro shot... but, I think you would have been told about it if you got the shot
other reasons I can think of; age... you did not say how old/young you are... so please do not be insulted? teens can go up to 42 days... sometimes longer.. mine was I think fifty days on and off the first three years... frustrating! then if I got upset.... stressed? yep... halted it another indefinite amount of time
then there is the other side.. sometime between late twenties to early forties is when "pre-menopause" supposedly hits.. where we can expect to not get our monthly flow for upwards of six months?
those are reasons I know...
hope it helps you
good luck

You did not say your age, so if you are menopausal age, it could be that, if you are under stress it could be that. If you are just starting your period it could also be that. How can you be 100% sure that you are not pregnant, unless you had a hysterectomy in which case you do not have a period anymore. I wish I had a little more detail to work with. Have a great day and good luck

When you say that you are 100% sure you aren't pg, I am going to assume you have taken a test and got a neg result.
Women sometimes lose their period if under stress or are low in iron. I would go and see your doctor at this point. Good luck!
