Go to www.skype.com. Free calls to anyone also using Skype, PC to PC. For $30 US more per year, you can call regular phones in North America with no long distance charges.

Skype video is amazing too, much better than any IM I've seen.

BTW, Skype uses "Voice over Internet Protocol", "VoIP" is the short form. If the phone companies aren't careful, they could disappear in a few years!

just download SKYPE messenger and u can use it as video calls PC to PC free. also on telephone but chargable. go to www.skype.com
