Yeah. With global warming happening, I think that the weather patterns will change and cause more severe storms than we expected. So we just have to hope for the best.

I have lived on the east coast for 40 years. Living on the ocean is great. My house is 150 years old and has withstood all the big storms and some hurricanes. The key is building a home that can withstand the weather. Some people are just plain crazy and foolish and are surprised when the house they build on sand goes down. It's a matter of being smart.

I really do because of the very early arrival of the tornado season this year. It looks like the atmosphere is in total turmoil again. Here in Kansas last week in one day it went from a high of 70 to a low of 25. We had sunshine, clouded up, rain, hail, tornados in the area, turned to ice, sleet and then a deep snow. It all happened in just a few hours and that's crazy even for here. We are fond of saying if you don't like the weather, hang around for a day and it will change. Now we can say hang around for a few hours. Good Luck and God Bless
