When people ask me for things most of the time I say yes, but when I say no I feel kind of bad. When eating say McDonalds, or chinese food, etc. I feel weird about eating if no one else around me is eating like not cooked meals but eating food. Like if no one else is eating like McDonalds, Burger King, Chinese food, etc. I feel weird about eating in front of them.

haha... i think alot of people feel the same way you do, the reason you may act and feel like this in relation to food can probably be traced back to your upbringing and the way your family views food and sharing food. personally coming from an Italian background i can strongly relate to the idea of wanting to share food with those around you.
you seem like a giver, not a taker and that is a good thing!!~ don't feel bad about being a good person!!

your not being to nice just because you like helping pepole just make sure your not being used. everyone in someway feels weird when eating in front of people but i guess you can always ask them if they would like some of your food it might help.

i feel the same if i eat alone but not if they are not eating what i eat u like to share and thats nice very nice but be careful who u are sharing things with...some people dont deserve being nice with them believe me...u are being too nice but thats not something u can change its the way u've been raised

Say NO when you cannot really help, give or do things for others and don't feel bad for it since it is the truth.
