my period is 43 days from my last period.....is there a chance it may still come? or could i be pregnant?

If you have irregular periods there is a chance it could still come. However if you have very regular periods, you are most likely pregnant. I would get a test or go to the doctors to find out. Because if you're pregnant, your unborn baby and you yourself need to take prenatal vitamins and have all the examinations done that are needed.

high levels of stress can cause you to not have your period. Also, if you are an athlete with not much body fat.
However, odds are, you are pregnant.
And, contrary to other posts here, you CAN get pregnant even if you use protection...trust me...it's happened to me!
So, either go see an OBGYN or go get a home pregancy test. If your period is 43 days late, a home test is sure to come back positive if you are. if it comes back negative. Go see a doctor to rule anything else out!

It depends. Are you regular? if so, then that is a sign of pregnancy. Have you had unprotected sex? Then there is another chance. Have you felt any other changes in you body? There is yet another sign. Get a pregnancy test so you can stop worrying.

only if you had unprotected sex, also if your on hte pill its not a 100% reliable so you could be yeah. sorry if thats bad news go to your doc and get tesseted for free they cant tell anyone not even your parents. (i figurd your young cos of the 'lil' in your name)

im pretty sure that your pregnant. you should get a pregnacy test.
