generally the child goes to the mother, unless proved unfit. Then it would go to the father. To get her from taking the child for another state you must get a lawyer, and file for shared custody. This would also mean you would have to pay support.

The mom always has primary custody when the couple is unmarried. You need to establish legal custody so that she can not move out of state without your written consent. If she moves after the custody is established in the courts and she moves without your consent you can actually have her charged with kid napping. Don't wait get a lawyer and get everything in legal order quick.

The mother... unless she can be proven unfit, and this is hard to do. If she is unmarried and the dad is not listed on the birth certificate she can move anywhere she likes and there is nothing he can do without a dna, lawyers, and money.

Always the mother. You need to prove by DNA your the father fast too so you have some rights.

Your not married and there is no custody order she can go anywhere she wants thats just the way it is.

no it wouldnot be illegal if there is no custody establishe you better run to the court house to prevent her from leaving
