Hi i bought a mobile card reader and my pc loaded it no problem saying driver installed , although they dont come with any software , i insert the sim card to the reader and connect it to my usb port and cant see or find anything ? Ive looked in storage devices usb and its like its not there so im stuck ? I have windows vista , can anyone help ?

The problem is not your computer, is the hardware (external usb card reader), same thing happened to me, and i download the drivers from internet, but it makes not diffrence. i bielive is the USB speed, so i buy an internal card reader, and it work fast as a flash. don't know why those hardwares work like that, but i fix my problem, and i hope that can help you too. good luck

if it shows the cardboard is empty it somewhat is empty. maximum probable you have your telephone set to maintain to telephone memory and to not your memory card. look on your instruction manual and see a thank you to alter your telephone to maintain on your memory card and not the telephone memory.
