UNC had an ELEVEN point lead with 30 seconds left in the game. Any normal coach would simply let UNC dribble out the clock as the game was over. Instead Coack K had his players pressing and fouling.

The point spread for the game was TEN points. Coach K seemed hellbent on trying to get UNC's lead down to 9 in the closing seconds. Why?

As a result of Duke's agressiveness, UNC's star player had his nose busted open with 10 seconds left by one of Duke's needlessly aggressive plaers, and said player is now suspended. So, how much does Coach K owe his bookies?

He is teaching his players how to win. They didn't those points in that game, or even this season, but that experience in closing a game will serve them somewhere down the line.

His players were just out there playing hard and you are supposed to play to the buzzer. They did except that one Duke player elbowed Tyler Hansburg in the face at the end of the game. The Duke guy got ejected and will have to sit a game.

You jave to look at this time in the season when a team is trying to make the ncaa and not the nit. Duke did not want to get blowne out, if so that would hurt its chance of buying its way into the ncaa. Look at the way they tried to end a carolina player on the court. I say duke has a big crimanl future with stripers, thugs, and a coach k with a gambling problem. Pete Rose is Proud of Duke.

30 seconds is an eternity in college basketball. Chances may have been slim for a comeback but the game is not over. If there are 7 seconds left than okay you have a beef.

Because ratface throws money around everywhere. How do u think he got so many H.S. All Americans to come to his program from all over the country. Surthermore, i bet he told his guys to play rough near the end of the game, and maybe take someone from NC out of the ACC Tourney in case they play again.

Ummmmmm...He's a coach. He wants to make a game as close as possible. Its all about how close you were to beating them if you dont actually beat them.
