I just got 2 fire belly toads. I have the aquarium set up as half water half land. How deep should the water be? Right now I have it about 2 inches. Also other than crickets what else do they eat. Like blood worms, wax worms and stuff like that.

You probably want the water at a depth that gives you best viewing of the toads whether they are on land or in water.

I think they would be equally happy with water anywhere from 2 to 15 inches, but if it gets too deep the view on the land might get obstructed by the canopy.

not sure if you are filtering the water but you should be it keeps the smell down and keeps the water clean. I use a whisper 5-15 i set it directly on the bottom of the aquarium and I have about 4 inches of water. what in the world are you going to do with 200 fire bellies.
