Usually just "drag and drop".
First you need to be using at least Windows 98se for USB support. Install driver software if necessary. Once this is done you can plug in your mp3 player via USB. It should show up as a new drive letter. Find and select the songs you want that are on your PC. Drag the songs (mp3's) from your computer into the new drive. It may take a few minutes for the songs to transfer so don't disconnect anything until the transfer is complete.
Once all the files are transferred you can disconnect the player. When you turn the mp3 player on, your music will appear!

Usually with this type of MP3 player, simply connect and wait until it is recognised by your computer (nmay require a disk or driver that usually comes with it - if not searchj web for the model nbr) then once recognised in the 'My COmputer' section use explorer to copy and paste files from your pc to your mp3 player.
Simple.

If your stuffed, email me and i will help.!

(Read the instructions maybe? If you bought it used try and locate the RCA website, and see if they have a support page. If that doesnt work ... "Google It!"
