the position of the mosquito depends on the direction in hich the mosquito was flying inside the train.
also the velocities are with respect to an observer outside the train(according to you).
the position of the mosquito also depends on the rlative velocity of the mosquito with respect to the train.

There is a big difference between speed and velocity. Velocity is speed in a fixed direction such as 65 km/hr due west. Speed is motion in any direction and the mosquito could have flown around in a circle or performed loops at a speed of 2 km/hr within the air mass of the train's compartment that is constantly moving with the train.

The mosquito is also moving along with the train at the speed of the train. In fact all the passengers and everything inside the train is moving at the same speed relative to someone standing on the ground at standstill. Inside the train compartment one passenger sitting besides other passengers has no motion relative to the other passenger. The mosquito has a speed of 2km/hr relative to the passengers sitting standstill.

This is possible if the mosquito makes to and fro trips in the train.
( the speed of train makes no difference, of course if it is not near the speed of light.)
