Your question makes no sense as written. If you had started out, "I suspect my spouse is cheating," it's possible I would have understood. However, you state that she IS cheating. Given that you know what you know, you have no need to read her email whatsoever. You know your wife is cheating on you -- simply start behaving accordingly.

If you know she is cheating on you, why do you need to check her email? Your trust in her is already gone. Contact a lawyer if you want a divorce or a marriage counselor if you want to work it out. Either way, you don't need to go through her email and try to find all the sordid details of her cheating.

Why don't you just get a keylogger? Personally, this is going to go bad no matter how you do it. Because if she isn't cheating on you, she will lose all trust when she finds out you read her email. If you find out she is cheating on you, she is STILL going to be pissed you checked up on her and you are going to have a broken marriage.

if you do this and you two work out the relationship and are still together years from now, she can NEVER EVER trust you again.
Think twice before making this decision.
Try talking to her, seeking marriage counseling or just hire a lawyer.

you will gain nothing breaking into her email if you know shes cheating confront her and if she isn't guilty she will show you what you want to see i don't say file for divorce right away its clear you are not talking to her about how you are feeling and that might be the only thing you need to do to try to save the marriage if that's what you want to do.

You need to respect her privacy. You do not own her. If you think she is cheating..confront her. You can be held responsible for invasion of privacy even if you are married.

Don't! You're infringing into her private space. What good will it do you even if you have access to her emails? Move on with life. Now that you know the truth, drop her and move on.

If you know for a fact that she's cheating, what you need is a good attorney.

Please, don't do that. If she's cheating maybe you both need to have a talk. Sometimes its good not to know whats going on. Just Ask!
