Should I delete this or keep it in quarantine?

That info seems to come from stored files of system restore. If you disable system restore that will clean all the stored files by system restore. Later you can enable system restore again. It removes all previous restore points. But it is a standard procedure when removing a trojan or virus infection which has to be dealt manually.

I have a Mac, so I haven't experienced it personally... but based on what I found on the net I think it is a trojan (a kind of virus), which you should get rid of. You can find instructions on how to do this at the link below.
