Antivirus companies are very strong with their licensing. For example, the Trend Micro server keeps track of the number of licenses you own, and how many are in use. Clients exceeding that number of licenses do not update, and the licensing information is synced over the web with Trend Micro!

you can download the AVG Free Edition..just search it in the web "free anti-virus" then select the AVG anti virus..its free download..
