Macedonia has many places that you can visit. The biggest city is Thessaloniki , the second largest city of Greece. Its a great city full of monuments ,wonderfull scenery ,history , and awsome nightlife.Halkidiki has the greatest beaches in Greece and also mount Athos which is a holy land full of monasteries.You shouldnt miss Vergina and Pella home of Alexander the Great where you can find the ancient ruins of the capital of Macedons , Philipos tomb and and many other ancient greek monuments.The museum there is among the best in Greece and you will admire the history of the area. Also you can visit Pieria where is mount Olympus the sacred mounted of Ancient Greece, Florina is also a great place and also Kavala and Kastoria are wonderfull cities.Macedonia is one of Greeces most beautiful areas and for sure you wont be dissapointed.

There are lots places you can visit in MACEDONIA!! If you are going to the country MACEDONIA, you should go to Ohrid, Struga, Tetovo, Skopje, Bitola, Prespa, Prilep, Kumanovo There is all sorts of thinks you can do at these places. You can also visit Aegean MACEDONIA and Pirin MACEDONIA these are also terroitries of MACEDONIA but are now under two different countries because of the dividing of MACEDONIA!!! You should go to Vergina offcourse,to Pella (birthplace of Alexander the great),to Naousa to see where Aristotle taught Alexander the Great.
Then you should go to Thessaloniki.
