My eight month old has beautiful clothes, but now they are stained from her formula, including her bibs. Any suggestions on how to take care of this problem?

Dreft Stain Remover. It comes in a spray bottle. Spray it on where the spot is enough to cover it all and penitrate it. Rub it in and then let it sit for an hour. If it does not work than do it again.

CASCADE DISH WASHER DETERGENT. It is made to break down protein and works with excellence. Put a 1/4 cup measure in a full load of laundry.

This works because formula is protein and that is exactly what it is made for.

It works really well on all types of greasy fabric and clothing. I have purchased baby clothing from yard sales and done this and they come out almost like new.

For either formula, breast-milk, or pooey stains, I wet the spot, rubbed it with a bar of plain soap, and rubbed the fabric for a bit with my fingers. The stain generally comes out, even after the stain was "washed and dried" into the clothes.

I try to get it while it is wet, or as soon as you can. When sorting the clothes I use Zout and scrub it in and let it set for 10 minutes, then I let it set in the washer machine for a few hours before I let the machine wash it. So pretreat and soak works for me. I had that problem with my first child so I tried everything this time and so far I have not had the problem. Good luck!!!!

I was told by a friend that cascade takes the stains out of clothes so i tried it and it works.. my daughter has alot of nice clothes and was getting formula on them and spit up. so if you just put some cascade dishwasher soap in with her clothes the stain should come out. it worked for me.
