RVD by far, he has been around for longer and has established himself as a main event wrestler. Lashley, on the other hand, hasn't been around too long to have a fan base. and plus, now since he is been pushed down our throats, he is starting to get boos. he needs to lose the title to someone else. either RVD or CM Punk. :)

I am going to have to go with most of the other people on here and go with Rob Van Dam. He is my favorite personally out of the two and I don't really think that Lashley has been around long enough to establish quite the fan base that RVD has.

RVD is the fan favorite. He has been around for so long and has most of the time been face. He loves the WWE fans and they love him with a serious connection because he can wrestling good, he looks good, and has good mic-skills. Rob Van Dam is the whole F'in show.
Lashley on the other hand is a newcomer who just started like a year and a half ago. Not many WWE fans can admire him already and no way admire him over someone like RVD. Sure he has got wrestling skills and sure he is the ECW World Heavyweight Champion, but still RVD is the fan favorite.

I don't like either one, but I think RVD would be it. He's been a fan favorite for years. Lashley hasn't been around for that long to establish that kind of huge fan base.

Lashley by default. I hate RVD. Same moves everytime. Plus I hate his ring attire.
