I'm afraid that this does not exist in Greece, however join the link of the Ministry of Education, also available in English, to check out yourself.
You may find something equivalent.

We dont have GCSE in Greece like you do in the UK, are high school system is different and we dont do exams till the last year, age 17 + and they are called PANELINIES.
