i heared that alot of people in USA they are from different races are living there so i was interested in knowing what their ratio of them and what are the states that every race are represinting a big number of its populars

We have fifty states and all of the races are represented. Most of the smart folks I know are not overly concerned with race representation. It is just not the most important thing.

In the US the population is about 300 million people. About 12% are Latins. About 11% are black. About 3% are Oriental.
All states have some of all groups within the state. Many Latinos have settled in the Southwest, and California. The concentration of blacks is mainly in the Southeast.
There is at least one Chinese restaurant in every town, so the Orientals are well-dispersed.

I suggest doing an online search under "United States Consensus." This will give you the ratio of races, age, etc. Good luck.

Google the United States census.

green it's census not consensus........I can't remember there ever being a consensus amongst all us cantankerous Americans.
