if lets say the metal part of the razor broke of, like a little bit of it, less then your pinky nail and went into your cut that was bleeding.

I cut myself four times on accident in a row and then I looked at the razor and saw a little bit of the metal chipped off, and i'm not for sure if it was like that before.

You need to get the cut checked out straight away. This could cause an infection or worse travel around in your blood stream and cause a major problem. Go to the doctors, that's what they are there for.

Consider xrays-metals readily show up on the film as whitish, opaque shadows. However, razor blades do not break off easily just by shaving. Up to you.

Its hard to say whether it went into your skin or not if its as small as you are describing. Thankfully, your body will work it out on its own, treating it as a foreign body, if this is the case.
