It seems to me that they continuously get away with it, at worst glamourising it and at best making it seem that you can do drugs, get caught and still walk away smiling!

I think the laws should be the same for everyone, I don't care who you are! If you are caught with drugs and the law states you should spend time in jail, then you bloody well should do that time! I agree with you! I don't understand how there can be two sets of laws for celebrities and average 'Joes' when law breaking is law breaking! It goes to show you how silly people are when they look at an actor and see something more than what they really are! They are people doing a job, nothing more and nothing less!

They should at least be treated the same as any other citizen, maybe more harshly though, as they are in the public eye and should be setting a good example to all the kids who look up to them.money talks though, and no doubt if you can afford the best lawyer around, they will find some loophole to get them off.

I see no reason why celebrities should be treated any different to anyone else. They are just people and if they fall foul of the law no doubt they would get the same penalties (for example if they were dealing).

So called celebs should be treated in exactly the same way as everyone else. I am sick to the back teeth of hearing repeated stories of various 'names' getting away with drugs, . drink/driving and general abuse of others. Naomi Campbell and George Michael come to mind.

for poor people 500$ fine is the end of the world but for rich people its just some pennies.

They need to be made an example of. If they keep getting away with it other people will think it is ok.
