Go for the Motorola HS 850, its very smart and about £20.00 of eBay, i bought one last year from the car phone warehouse for £90.00. it automatically answers when you open the mic so you don't have to have it on, just open it and put on ear when rings, battery lasts 2 weeks this way. and its very small looks great

Forget those uncomfortable ear thingys, get a Pama Plug'n'Go Bluetooth hands free gadget from e2save.com £19.99 mail order and when I got mine, no P&P either. Delivered incredibly fast.
Absolutely brilliant. It just sits in the cigarette lighter, and when you get in the car, just push a button and as long as your phone is switched to Bluetooth, you are connected. You set your phone to auto answer if it has that facility and you can have the phone in your pocket or anywhere in the car and the gadget will do all the work for you.
Perfect in my opinion and without looking a proper plonker with that thing in your ear!!

Easy as it gets.

Seriously I'm not that good with the whole tech thing but these are simple.

Easy clear instructions on how to pair with your phone come in the box mate.

Check out Bluetrek, they have one of the longest lasting standby an call times on the market, an if you buy off the net its around £25.

I've bought several of this type as gifts an it is by far the smallest an most usefull piece of kit I've gotten.

Any Bluetooth headset with version 2.0 technology will work with your razr phone. I also have a razr and use a Samsung WEP200 headset. Setting it up is as easy as pressing 2 buttons. and after intial set up your phone will auto detect the headset when you turn it on. They work really well and are very useful and convienent. Only problem is the prices $40US-$130US depending on feature and size.

Blutooth headsets are pretty simple just turn it on once you buy it and turn on bluetooth on your phone. make your phone look for devices and that's it. the prices on blutooth headsets differ from how long the battery lasts and so on.

Yes these things are simple to use and set up, but personally, I don't think anyone should answer their phone while driving, I myself turn mine off while driving, or if a family member is with me, I get them to answer it. Or you could pull over, then answer your phone, but make sure it is safe to do so.
DONT DRINK AND DRIVE
DONT ANSWER MOBILES AND DRIVE.
