We have difficulty defining beauty in the same way that we have trouble defining electricity.
So permit me to wiseacre a little bit. Please.
We know that in order to see something as beautiful, we have to be predisposed to see beauty at that very moment.
There are times when I look at my daughter for example when I almost burst into tears so much I think (feel, sense) she is beautiful. There are other times when for whatever reason I am less predisposed that I barely notice her right there in front of me. She did not change anything.
Therefore in the observation process I maintain that a certain frequency of my energy goes from my apparatus out to the subject, resonates with the subject at a frequency similar enough, and then is transmitted quantumly back to my receiving apparatus (partially) and to the universe (mostly).
This excites my emotional and higher emotional system in a similar way that the filaments of a lightbulb are excited by electricity.
Taking the above into consideration one can readily see that beauty is both a physical trait or a nonphysical trait, a particle or a wave in quantum mechanics terminology.

Beauty is any quality that is pleasing. "Virtue" has many meanings, and depending on the meaning you select, your question may be answered either yes or no.
In many cases virtues are associated with moral, or right/wrong, qualities. But, there are meanings such as, "any admirable quality or trait," and, "inherent quality or power" that speak to beauty in a broader sense.
Physical beauty (attractiveness) may be considered a virtue and reflects a person's lifestyle. It may increase or decrease as a person's body ages, and depending on their personal choices and sustained world view.
Physical beauty is also temporal and most people think of virtues as timeless so, short-lived beauty will not be considered a virtue by all.

Just a physical trait--you either have it or you don't, and you can be beautiful no matter how terrible a person you are. It would only be a virtue if you're talking about inner beauty--the way a person is, and the way he or she acts, not what they look like.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. It is not a virtue. But if you are a virtuous person then even if you are not beautiful people see you as beautiful. Because your beauty comes from within.

It is a virtue but it is attributed to the creator. and not to the creature.
It is not a purely physical trait, because it cannot be precisely mesured.
I think beauty is an effect that we feel through physical (like a paint), moral (like heroism ), personal (like the mother affection ), or spiritual stimuli.

BEAUTY IS IN THE EYES OF THE BEHOLDER. PHYSICAL BEAUTY LAST IN THE MIND OF A PERSON FOREVER, NO MATTER HOW OLD A PERSON IS. TOTAL BEAUTY IN A PERSON IS A MAKEUP OF THE ENTIRE PERSON WITH THE OUTER PART BEING WHAT WE SEE AND THE INTER PART, BEING WHAT THEY ARE AS A TOTAL PACKAGE, ( HOW THEY MAKE US FEEL). VIRTUE IS PURE, AND A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE PHYSICALLY BEAUTIFUL ARE NOT VIRTUOUS, AND THEREFORE, ARE NOT BEAUTIFUL AS A TOTAL PERSON, BUT ONLY PHYSICALLY. THE ANSWER IS THAT THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS; BUT, TOGETHER THEY MAKE ANYONE TOTALLY BEAUTIFUL..

True Beauty is what you are inside. I have known some people with a most unlovely physical appearance, but their radiant souls shone so brightly that their outward form made no difference at all. Conversely, there are gorgeous people physically with the shrivelled up souls of a monster who I wouldn't touch on a bet.

It is a virtue. The most wrinkled of women can have a heart of purity in love that they are the most beautiful of all women. Even the most beautiful women in the world can open their mouth and spew forth foulness that makes them indescribably unattractive.

Beauty fades over time. Wrinkles set in and age takes effect. It is just physical trait.
