i got to 156 in my brothers 1995 z 28. thats what it was rated for and i didnt back off. great car but i was very scared.

I really don't know,the speedometer only went up to 120mph in my 1967 Cutlass 442 A state patrol had stopped me for doing 56 in a 55 speed zone,("speeding is exceeding the speed limit by 1mph or more", his words)but when someone else came flying by in a blur,he said "Follow me",jumped in his squad and took off.(He had my license in his possession).So I did.He ended up giving me a "warning".How often do you get to be in a high speed chase when your chasing the cop? I was 17 at the time.My buddies that were with me thought it was awesome!! It was about an 8-10 mile ride.

Well, I had a 1976 Chrystler Cordoba, (Bet no one remembers those), that had a 460 in it. I buried the speed odometer that went up to 140. I also had a Buick Somerset Regal that had a digital speed odometer that flashed at 85. I buried that one for 3 miles in reverse!! Ahhh, the good ol' days of my youth.

i've got pushed speedier, yet no longer speedier. a hundred and 61 miles consistent with hour, in 13 hundred and twenty feet. 8 component 3 seconds. 440 yards on the drag strip. huge block Chevy Rat motor with a tube chassis. Rear engine dragster. puzzling to maintain in a directly line.

137+ i had a 97 maxima and the speedometer showed 140 on it, i guess the governor kicked in bc it wasn't going any faster. but once i got it there i slowed down. got the craziness out of me. i have an 06 maxima now that shows 160 but i'm older now with a kid so i don't think i'll be testing it out.

3 mph. I was 8 years old. So far that's the fastest I've gone because I can't drive yet.

My Old(just sold it) Saturn governed out at 210 Km/H(about 130 mph), and I hit that a couple times.
