the neighbors wont give me his phone number how could i get it quickly? His name is steven fisher. Help!

Steven Fisher alone would not be of much help. There would be hundreds S. Fisher around. So, you need a little bit more names.

There are at least two options.

1. Go to the local registry to find out the owner of the building/house you are living. There you would get his full name and probably the address and telephone number too.

2. Check in the local telephone directory for all the possible Fishers and try to locate them and screen them one by one until you come to the most possible candidates. Then start the process of enquiring, one by one. Tedious, but unless you have an alternative, you have no option.

3. To whom you pay the rent. He or she should be able to give you the name.
