Its not the swipe card that does it, its the sim card so no matter what way u top up u will receive ur free txts as long as u put £10 in between the correct dates

Contact o2 as we have them, you register for free texts rather than it happening automatically.
They are brilliant too, every month you top up £10 you get the 300 texts plus the £10 credit, if you top up in the same month you wont get extra texts, but wait, use your texts, use your credit, if its over a month it doesn't matter, as soon as you add credit again the free texts will come with it. Once the month is over, any unused texts are lost but you have the credit to use.

Well worth it!

No you don't have to wait, the sim would need to be a 300 free txt sim, not all of them are . I have some if you would like me to send you one, or look around the internet O2 are always offering free sims to be sent out with 300 free txt and other offers.

no you shouldn't, have you used up all your free text messages, if you haven't take it back to the retail store, or contact the place where you purchased the phone if you order it on the Internet, if all else fails, contact the company itself, they should be able to sort out the problem.
