sometimes the number comes up, other times its withheld anyway to barr calls like this from my mobile

yes there is, go on the menu, then the call settings, then go on to the call divert settings, and there should be an option saying divert unknown numbers.
or you can do what the other 2 responses have said..
phone the customer services and get them to block unknown callers..
